CORE COMPETENCIES

ALC Engineered Solutions offers 40 years of engineered designs and precision machined components.

In our 17,000 square foot facility, we provide CNC machining, milling, threading, necking, internal forming, drilling, knurling, boring, contouring, forming, tapering, and straight turning.

We manufacture from raw material to completed packaging with DLA compliant labeling.

All parts are quality control inspected with material and inspection certifications furnished upon request.

Materials we work with include aluminum, brass, copper, magnesium, nickel, stainless steel, titanium, zinc, Inconel, acetal, acrylic, nylon, polypropylene, ABS, PEEK, PTFE, PVC, and PVCF.
